Boarding & Grooming
For the safety of your pet and others ALL dogs and cats must have proof of current vaccinations.
Dogs under 1 year old MUST be up to date on ANNUAL Distemper Parvo (Finished with puppy boosters)
DOGS must have : Rabies – Distemper Parvo – Bordetella
We can administer the oral Bordetella vaccine for $25.00.
CATS must have Rabies & FVRCP (Annual Booster)

Boarding

We require a 40% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit that will go towards the final bill.

Cancellation policy - If you were to cancel WITHIN 48 hours of the scheduled drop off date, you would lose the deposit. However, if you were to cancel BEFORE 48 hours of the scheduled drop off date, the deposit would go to your account as store credit.
Please call for specific boarding drop off & pick up times

*When boarding, should you decide to pick up earlier than the original scheduled pick up date, you must give 48 hours notice BEFORE the new pick up date or you will be required to pay for the entire scheduled stay.

*If you do not pick up your pet on the day of pick up and fail to give us notice, a daily scheduling fee will be applied.

*Daily Rx Administration Fee $4.00
*All injections will be $5.00 per injection
*4 or more medications will be $6.00 per day

*We recommend you bring your pets' normal food to alleviate an upset tummy. If not, we can serve our house food for an additional $10.00/day.

*Missing your furbaby while you are away?

For $5.00/day we can send you daily pictures and updates on how he/she is doing.

*Please feel free to bring your pets’ beds and toys; we want them to be as comfortable as possible, feeling they are at their “home away from home”!

**Filling out the boarding & grooming consent forms on the HOME page does NOT make a reservation or appointment. You must CALL 361-358-3900 to set up an appointment & reservation. Once confirmed with a deposit, you can then submit consent forms.
